What a beautiful experience the cacao, breathwork and crystal bowls afternoon was.

The whole experience was so special from arriving to our mats to a gorgeous hot water bottle to help us snuggle in to leaving with a rose that was given to us, all the small touches were so lovely.

I’ve had breathwork on my own before so I wasn’t sure what to expect in a group but I was blown away by how powerful it was. To be sharing a space with like minded women the energy was so empowering. Starting of with the cacao really set the scene for a wonderful afternoon, I loved being part of such an ancient tradition and it really felt truely special.

I felt so safe and held by Shelley and Mayra throughout, the transition from Shelley guiding the active breathwork to the beautiful sounds of Mayra playing her Crystal bowls was actually quite magical and I could feel all my senses calm, I don’t think I’ve ever been so fully relaxed. It really was an exceptional experience and something I would love to be part of again, thankyou both for such an amazing afternoon.

Shelley and Mayra are both such calming energies, that immediately as I stepped into the room, I felt relaxed. Breathwork in a group situation can feel very exposing but both women ensured that we all felt safe and taken care of and the room felt very supportive so I was able to focus on my own experience. Ending breathwork with a sound meditation also meant that we all ended with such peace, I didn’t want the session to end. Evertime I’ve done breathwork with Shelley I feel like something unlocks inside of me and I’m more present when I leave. I hope to do more sessions with the women in the future. Thank you!

When Shelley invited me to her recent gathering I moved plans to be there because I knew it would be special. The setting was perfect and we were given everything we needed to feel cosy and relaxed (the hot water bottle was such a lovely addition). Both Mayra and Shelley held space so beautifully. The breathwork, sound and cacao experience was truly unique and like nothing I’ve done before. I left feeling grounded and so grateful to have spent time with like-minded women.

Shelley and Mayra succeeded in creating the most unique and special 

space in curating a small group of women for their recent cacao, sound and breath ceremony /session. 

From the pace of the session to how we were held in that space, all felt wholly comfortable, comforting and safe. The way the space had been set up with an exquisite arrangement of flowers, crystals and the oracle cards to the expertise of our guides in Shelley and Mayra all felt like healing and nurturance in the highest.

I can’t wait to sign up for the next one and bring others along to experience this gift and offering.
