Conscious Connected Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice using a continuous, intentional breath rhythm. As the breath flows, the nervous system softens and regulates, supporting the release of old tension and stored stress. It's a devotional pathway inward, a way of meeting yourself with tenderness, and reconnecting with your body's innate intelligence, creative life force, and natural rhythm.
-
A highly specialised, gentle therapy designed to release tension, restore balance, and support the health of the jaw, face, and whole body. This treatment combines external facial massage, advanced fascial techniques, and precise intra-oral soft tissue work to address deep-seated tension patterns and dysfunction.
Treatment is supported by corrective facial and postural exercises, breathing techniques, and lymphatic support to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, enhance neuromuscular coordination, and promote long-term functional stability of the jaw, neck, and craniofacial system.
-
Restorative Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice designed to invite the body into rest, regulation, and renewal. Blending elements of restorative and yin yoga, each session offers spaciousness to soften, slow down, and gently unwind layers of physical and emotional tension.
Supported by props and long-held, comfortable postures, you'll be invited to settle into stillness, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to return to its natural state of balance. Some sessions may also weave in Yoga Nidra or the soothing sounds of angelic crystal singing bowls, offering space for deeper integration, rest, and inner connection.
Rather than striving or achieving, this is an invitation to simply be, to listen, receive, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom that lives within.

Sound tuning forks are a beautiful compliment to the one -one sessions and also as a stand alone treatment. The specific sound frequencies work on the nervous system, the tissues and the more subtle energies of the body
-
A traditional East Asian therapeutic technique using smooth crystal tools to release muscular and fascial tension, support lymphatic drainage, and stimulate circulation. This deeply calming yet effective treatment encourages natural radiance, reduces stagnation, and restores healthy flow throughout the face and body.
Gua Sha gently lifts and sculpts the tissues while promoting detoxification, relaxation, and structural balance, creating both visible rejuvenation and internal harmony.

I believe in ageing gracefully and naturally, using non-invasive practices that nourish the face, body, mind, and soul. There is something deeply profound about learning to touch our own faces with love, presence, and acceptance, reconnecting with ourselves through conscious self-care.
Face yoga is both strengthening and releasing. It activates underused muscles, softens overused ones, and gently unwinds held tension. Beyond the physical, it also stimulates and communicates with the body’s internal systems, as different areas of the face are connected to specific organs and energetic pathways. This creates not just visible change, but a deeper sense of balance, vitality, and wellbeing throughout the whole body.
-
An integrated therapeutic approach focused on restoring musculoskeletal balance, postural alignment, and functional movement. Remedial bodywork targets muscular tension, fascial restriction, and structural imbalance, while therapeutic Pilates develops core stability, neuromuscular control, and biomechanical efficiency.
Sessions are individually tailored to support rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term musculoskeletal health, promoting optimal movement patterns, resilience, and whole-body support.

Lynn Rae
Ethos / philosophy:
My work is shaped by a deep personal healing journey that has influenced the way I support others, cultivating a profound respect for the body’s innate intelligence and its capacity to heal on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
I see the face and jaw as a gateway to the wellbeing of the entire body, a living map of our life’s journey. The jaw holds the tension, emotion, and unspoken stories we carry, while the face reflects the experiences, challenges, and transformations we have lived through. Even the tongue is intricately connected through the body’s fascial and energetic systems, reaching through the body to the soles of the feet, reminding us that nothing exists in isolation.
My philosophy is rooted in reconnection, to the body, to self, and to inner balance. I believe in ageing gracefully and naturally, honouring the wisdom, beauty, and story carried in every line, expression, and change, rather than trying to erase it.
How I approach my sessions:
My intention when working with each individual is to understand where they are on their journey, physically, emotionally, and energetically, and to explore any past habits, experiences, or life events that may have manifested in the body and face. Each session begins with a holistic assessment, allowing me to meet the client exactly where they are in that moment.
I work intuitively, blending a wide range of techniques and disciplines with the knowledge and wisdom gained from over 30 years of experience. This integrated approach allows me to create a bespoke session for every individual, responding to their unique needs rather than applying a fixed method. Every treatment is therefore not only therapeutic, but deeply personal, restorative, and transformational. A single session may include some or all of the below. (See list of therapies / treatments)

Shelley Blaze
Hi, I'm Shelley
An empathic and sensitive space holder, working with breath, sound, and the body as medicine.
Thank you for being here, and for joining me in this unfolding journey.
My own path has been guided by curiosity and a deep inquiry into what it means to come back to wholeness. Through embodied experience, I've learned that trauma lives in the body, and that the body itself holds the wisdom to heal. Returning to the body is where true transformation begins.
In 2018, I discovered the medicine of the breath, and my own healing journey began to unfold in a new, profound way. The breath has been a steady teacher, guiding me through subtle and sometimes powerful shifts. I witnessed how something so simple could open the doorway to connection, freedom, and embodied wholeness.
Breathwork, for me, is more than a practice. It is a living, embodied path of remembrance and reconnection. A way to come home to the body, to presence, and to our innate capacity for transformation and awakening.
It brings me deep joy to create spaces where this can unfold, spaces where the entire body can exhale, held in something that feels both luxurious and natural at once. Re-wilding is close to my heart, supporting people in reconnecting with nature, and with the cyclical rhythms we so often lose touch with in modern life. The Garden Retreat is my offering of exactly this. A space to soften, be held, and remember what it feels like to simply be.
It is a true honour to walk this path with you.
